Rule.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong style=\"background-color: var(--global--color-background); color: var(--global--color-primary); font-family: var(--global--font-secondary); font-size: var(--global--font-size-base);\">Note:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.<\/li><li>The applicant will have to submit the following self attested testimonials along with their application :<br \/>(i) Educational Qualification Certificates,<br \/>(ii) Marksheets,<br \/>(iii) Age Proof Certificate,<br \/>(iv) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate<br \/>(v) Caste Certificate (in case of Reserved category candidates)<br \/>(vi) Pan Card<br \/>along with 3 copies of recent Passport size Photographs. <br \/>Incomplete application shall stand rejected.<\/li><li>The application should be addressed to the <em><strong>District &amp; Sessions Judge, <\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Nagaon<\/strong><\/em> and the applicant must mention on the envelope containing the application \u201cAPPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON\/PEON FOR OFFICER\u201d at the top.<\/li><li>Contact Numbers and e-mail ID (if any) of the applicants should be provided in the application.<\/li><li>Candidates who are already in the Government Service should apply through proper channel.<\/li><li>The duty profile must be performed by a Peon \/ Peon for Officer is given below :<br \/>a) Physical Maintenance of records of the office.<br \/>b) General cleanliness &amp; Upkeep of the office.<br \/>c) Carrying of bags, files &amp; other papers within the building.<br \/>d) Photocopying, sending of FAX etc.<br \/>e) Other non-clerical work in the office.<br \/>f) Assisting in routine office work like diary, dispatch etc. including on computer.<br \/>g) Delivering of dak (outside the building)<br \/>h) Watch &amp; ward duties.<br \/>i) Opening &amp; closing of rooms.<br \/>j) Dusting of furniture etc.<br \/>k) Cleaning of building, fixtures etc.<br \/>l) Driving of vehicles, if in possession of valid driving license.<br \/>m) Upkeep of parks, lawns, potted plants etc.<br \/>n) Any other work assigned by the superior authority.<br \/>o) Engaged in need based IT works including computerization, e-file etc.<br \/>p) Cooking.<br \/>The above mentioned duties is only illustrative and not exhaustive, the Superior Authority may add other duties of similar nature ordinarily performed by the staff at this level.<\/li><li>The Candidates have to submit their application along with self attested documents(in photocopy) in a sealed envelope by Courier\/ Registered Post\/Speed post\/ or deposit the same in the \u2018Drop Box\u2019 provided for the purpose in the premises of the District &amp; Sessions Judge\u2019s Court Building at Nagaon.<\/li><li>If any Candidate is found to have suppressed his\/her educational qualification or given any wrong information at the time of applying for the post, his\/her candidature shall be liable to be rejected,<\/li><li>The last date of receipt of application is 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
