Remuneration:

• Rs. 22,000/- to 97,000/- + GP Rs.9,100/- along with other admissible allowances as per ROP Rules, 2017.

Qualification:

• Experience as UDA with at least 10 years of service, as such to their credit including Supervisory Assistants in the establishment of any Chief Judicial Magistrate as on 10.05.2023

Terms and conditions:

• Intending candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel.
• Candidates shall submit Experience Certificate issued by respective competent authority along with the xerox copy of Service Book and xerox copies of ACR of last 3 years.
• The name of the post should clearly be mentioned at the top of Envelope in BLOCK LETTERS.
• The phone numbers of the candidates should be written on the top of the Standard Form with red ink.
• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
• Application must be accompanied by 3 (three) self attested copies of recent passport size photographs.
• Candidates who have already applied in response to the earlier advertisement dated 10.02.2023, need not apply again.
• The eligible candidate shall have to appear viva voce.
• No TA/DA is admissible for attending interview.
• No application will be entertained after scheduled date for receiving the application. The authority shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
• Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidate for the post.
• The eligibility and criteria for selection shall be based on the provision of Rule 6(1) of ‘The Assam Chief Judicial Magistrates Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules, 1987.

• Application should reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charaideo, Sonari during office hours on working days on or before 11.07.2023.
• Duly filled up application form through proper channel along with self attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials in support of their age, educational qualifications, other qualifications including experience certificate, 3 (three)recent passport sized photographs and xerox copies of ACR’s for last 3 years and service book may be sent by POST to the
