Age:

• Candidates must not be less than 18 (eighteen) years and not more than 45(forty-five) years of age as on 1st January,2023.

Selection Process:

• Application in Standard form for each category of posts will be received through offline mode in a ‘Drop-Box’ which will be kept at the Office of the Circle Officer, Lakhipur. The application envelop must be mentioned with name of the post applied for.
• The last date of submission of application form is 10 days from the publication of advertisement in the newspaper. The application received by post will also be dropped in the Specified Box, if received within the specified timeframe. (i.e last date of submission of application is 3rd July, 2023).
• If the number of candidates in the categories of LDA cum Accountant and Grade IV exceeds excessively, then a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Based examination of 80 (eighty) marks will be conducted which will be decided by the SMDC and Selection Committee.
• On the day of personal Interview, the original documents and testimonials will be verified by the Selection Committee.
• If candidate remain absent on the day of Personal Interview, then the candidate will be summarily rejected
• For LDA and Grade IV , an agreement shall have to be signed by the selected candidates at the time of joining with the respective SMDC of Adarsha Vidyalaya.
• All the aforesaid posts/positions are non-transferable under any circumstances.
