How to Apply:
• Candidates are required to apply in standard form (Assam Gazette part IX) along with self-attested copies of Academic Qualification Certificates, Mark sheets and other testimonials.
• Candidates are required to enclose the following documents:
1. 2 (two) recent Passport size Photographs. (Self- attested)
2. ID Proof like- Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport/ Current ID Card issued bythe Education Institutions.
3. Admit Card/Pass Certificate of H.S.L.0 examination.
4. Certificate of Graduation and Computer Knowledge and Mark Sheet (for the post of LDAcum-Accountant).
5. Higher Secondary Pass Certificate & Mark-sheet (for the post of Grade-IV).
6. Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
7. Last Date of Submission of application forms: 22nd May, 2023.
8. Application in Standard form for each category of posts shall be received in a specified Drop-Box which will be kept at Office of the Inspector of Schools, Sivasagar during the office hours.
