1. Eligibility Criteria:
(i) The candidate must be the permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) the candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose or Employment Exchange Registration certificate of Assam which will be treated as a proof of residency along with the online application form .

2. Educational Qualification
(i) For Junior Engineer (civil) – 3 years in Diploma in Civil engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
(ii) For Junior Engineer(Electrical) –3 years in Diploma in Electrical engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
(iii) For Junior Engineer(Mechanical) – 3 years in Diploma in Mechanical engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
(iv) For Junior Engineer(Chemical) –3 years in Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.

3. Age– The candidate should not be less than 18 and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2023. The upper age limit is relaxable.
